Demand Justice on Dairy Antitrust Today!

1. Contact Members of the U.S. House and Senate Judiciary Committees

Following is contact information for expediting your message to the personal offices of Judiciary Committee members of the 110th Congress. Members of the two panels are listed by party in order of seniority, with party affiliation and state/district followed by the telephone number, fax number and email link for each. Use the scroll bar on the right to view the complete list for each committee.

Since letters sent by U.S. Postal Service to Capitol Hill may be delayed by six weeks or more due to security screening (“Snail Mail” at its worst), we suggest you pick up the phone or send a fax or email to get your urgent personal message across with minimal delay.

We have provided email links for all current members of the two committees. Please note that some House and Senate offices provide only a web-based email form to submit your message. Some House offices use the more restrictive “Write Your Representative Constituent Communication System” utilizing zip codes to screen out messages from outside the Member’s District. In such cases, you may want to pick up the phone or send a fax to the office in question by using the numbers provided in the links below.

2. Strategy/Talking Points
To ensure the success of your grassroots lobbying, please consider the following suggested strategy and talking points to make in your getting message to across to Judiciary Committee members. Ask them to find out why U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and top level DOJ officials are ignoring the recommended indictments stemming from the Antitrust Division’s two-year dairy investigation.

The most effective approach is to be polite but firm in making your points. Start with the two U.S. Senators from your and the Representative from your congressional district and any members of the two Judiciary Committees from your state, and expand your contacts from there. Please contact as many Judiciary Committee members as possible, especially from the top dairy states.
